• Everyday Low Price - We offer our titles at everyday low prices. Please let us know if you find a similar title for less and we will attempt to make adjustments if feasible.
• Specials - We continually run specials on a weekly and monthly basis.  Look for the specials section on the home page.
• Coupons - We offer numerous bundle offers that are advertised on the site.  Coupon offers apply to the advertised titles only. Note the coupon price for use in checkout.

Payments

• Credit Cards - Credit cards are processed through PayPal. Check the PayPal option to pay by credit card.
• Gift Certificates - We offer electronic gift cards that are redeemable at checkout without limitation.

Returns

• Defective Merchandise - Defective goods may be returned for 100% credit. Return Authorization Request (RAR) required.
•  Unsold Merchandise - We will accept returns of unsold merchandise that is unopened and free from ordinary wear and tear. Return Authorization Request (RAR) required.
