Program Information for Libraries

Our program for libraries is as follows.

  • Account - Libraries must register an account and provide a tax identification number to qualify for wholesale pricing. Orders must be placed using the account to obtain correct pricing.
  • Credit Limit - Financial information may be requested to establish a credit limit.
  • Prices - Wholesale prices for drop shipments to a single location are 40% discount from published retail price.
  • Minimum Order - Minimum order for wholesale pricing is 5 units per location.
  • Payment Terms - Ordinary terms are net 30 days. We offer a one per cent discount for payments in 15 days.
  • Payment Method - Payment by check is preferred for orders sold on terms.
  • Shipping Methods - We currently ship via US Postal Service and UPS.
  • Shipping Charges - Shipping charges are calculated at actual cost and are added to the order. Orders above a set minum number of units qualify for free shipping.
  • Returns - Defective Merchandise - Defective goods may be returned for 100% credit. Return Authorization Request (RAR) required.
  • Returns - Unsold Merchandise - We will accept returns of unsold merchandise that is unopened and free from ordinary wear and tear. Return Authorization Request (RAR) required.
  • Packaging - Goods can be provided in secure library cases at your discretion.
  • Replacement Discs - We can provide replacements for lost or damaged media.
